8:30am - weigh in and measure
Sick, I am sick. I dropped one pound in four days. No idea why I lost weight while still taking my bites and drinks. My eyes were so crusted this morning I could not open my eyes.
8:45am-9:30am - Meal 1
Even though I am not feeling good I still ate my bites and drank my drinks.
11:45am-12:30pm - Meal 2
My bites and drinks are slower than usual but I am getting them down.
12:00pm-2:00pm - Nap time
I am too stuffy to sleep.
2:15pm-2:45pm - conference with team
Ask mom
2:45pm-3:30pm - Meal 3
TIRED, but did what I had to.
3:45pm - head home
