Yes she was trying to save the dead worms by picking each one out if the puddle. 

Isabella - how do we get boogers in our nose?
Me - your sinuses make them.
Isabella - well they are yucky and every time me inuses make them I am going to pick them out because they are yucky and I don't like them.
Me - or you can blow your nose then wash your hands.
Isabella - no mom boogers are sticky, the only way to get them out is to pick them.
