Welcome to Gabriel's Updates. You are on this website to be updated on Gabriel's progress. As you know Gabriel is going to have to have open heart surgery to repair his AV canal defect. We are going to Ann Arbor on January 22nd to meet with Gabriel's surgeon. Dr. Bove will be doing Gabriel's surgery. We are assuming that Gabriel will be having surgery sometime in February. From what we were told Gabriel will be in the hospital after his surgery for at least a week.

Dr. Bove is the best. As a matter of fact, he is said to be the best in this area of the country and I have seen many children flown into U of M just so that he could evaluate and operate on them. Gabriel will be in awesome hands Erin and we will be praying for strength and courage for you and Gabe as well!!
