Cognitively Impaired (CI), moderately cognitively impaired (MoCI), Midly cognitively impaired (MiCI), intellectually disabled, intellectually challenged, Mentally Retarded and mentally impaired are all names that could define Gabriel however they don't! Gabriel creates his own definition.
