Mom's notes -
WORDS, words can be enduring, the can be motivating, they can lift a person up but they can also be hurtful, mean and tear a person down.  Sometimes we use words to be funny and they end up being hurtful.  I hope I can teach in my children that they need to be careful what they say.  You never know what the person you are talking to has been through, is going through or will go though.  Thinking before speaking is so very important!

I went back to the doctor today.  I am still out of work.  He looked me in the eyes and said 'If you can't take care of your family 100% how can you work AND take care of your family?  He has a very good point (please don't tell him that!).  I am of course torn because I do not like to let people down.  My being off work lets many people down.  My not being able to take care of my family lets the most important people in my life down.  I need to remind myself of that!  I am trying to drive more and more.  Getting back into the drivers seat is not easy.  I took the kids to daycare today (past the accident site). It was a very tough experience!  I would never have understood if I was not in such a major accident.  I am sure my nightmares will be ramped up tonight because my daymares were.  I know time will fade those very vivid memories of the accident.  One day at a time!  I am a live and I get to enjoy my amazing family!
