One Day

One day left before summer break.  I will get to see my babies during the day!!! SO excited!

I can't wait for more stories like this one that happened tonight...

Purdy sick

We have all been Purdy sick at the Purdy house.  The poor kids are so stuffed up they are having a hard time breathing no matter how often I suck their brains out.  (Use the suction bulb/electric suction thingy)  Having trouble breathing makes it difficult for them to sleep.  Making it impossible for their mom to sleep.  I have 3 days left of work before summer break.  We have the kids only half days so things will hopefully be pretty calm.
Here are my snotty kids this evening.


Yup, I have a thumb sucker.  I stopped when I got my braces in 6th grade because they told me I would have buckteeth if I didn't.  Telling a teenager something like that will make them do whatever you want, image is everything at that age. But for now, she doesn't have teeth and it calms her down, so... GO FOR IT.

Gabe yelled for me to come help NOW while I was making dinner tonight.  I came running only to find this-






Gabriel crawled up behind his daddy as Gabe vacuumed the stairs... Scared the daylights out of Gabe!  Who knew he could climb stairs?

We are sick at the Purdy house.  The kids noses are running, Isabella's eyes are leaking and they are grouchy.  Gabe and I have the sore throat, high temperature, sinus pressure, just plain icky feeling bug.  All of that being said check out how cute Isabella was tonight after her bath (yes, I did dress her twice)



Gabriel one year ago TODAY... It is crazy to see how much he has grown and how far we have come!
