Family

Gabe's sister Andrea, her husband and their kids are here visiting for the week.  This in only the second time Gabriel has gotten to meet his cousins and the first for Isabella.
Gabriel is in heaven!  He loves having other children to play with.  Especially ones who will fetch when he throws something...

Meijer Garden

We arrived at Meijer Garden right at 9am when they opened.  It was already very humid and hot.  We decided to do the outside exhibits first then head inside out of the heat.  Shortly after arriving a news crew (can't remember where they were from, dang it) asked to interview me.  So somewhere in Michigan Gabriel, Isabella and I were on the news.  Too funny!

Many years ago Meijer Garden had an amazing exhibit that I thoroughly enjoyed.  I had the pleasure of seeing this man's work in Bellagio, Las Vegas as well.  Dale Chihuly has amazing glass work!!!!

My strong little man did not want to ride in his stroller.  He walked for over 2 hours, only stopping to play in mud puddles and to play with little girls. 

jean diaper day

I got the kids dressed for Gabriel's speech therapy early this morning.  By the time we got home it was very hot.  I did not turn the air on because I was going to be gone so the house was HOT.  Therefore we had a jean diaper day.  Thanks Huggies for making stylish diapers that don't cost more than your regular diapers. Yes, both kids are in size 3 diapers... CRAZY!
